Drive business intelligence and optimise project delivery as a Business Intelligence Data Analyst at Novo Nordisk's API expansion area in Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT).
About the RoleYou will play a crucial role in operationalising data analytics for our PMO, supporting key business decisions. Develop and maintain dashboards and analyses across capital projects in the API Expansion area.
Main Responsibilities- Collect, mine, and analyse business project data to identify correlations and patterns.
- Address data quality issues by implementing new metrics and mapping data for effective problem-solving.
- Design and create data reports using various reporting tools, applying statistical analysis and data visualisation for actionable insights.
- Utilise research findings to establish business forecasts and models.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- An academic degree in IT, engineering, advanced data science, statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency with business intelligence (BI) applications, reporting capabilities, and data governance practices.
- Familiarity with data engineering and any programming language, with experience in project management from construction projects considered an advantage.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
We offer a competitive salary between 80,000 - 110,000 USD per year, depending on your experience and qualifications, plus benefits such as transportation arrangements and flexible remote work options.
