Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven membership segmentation models by analyzing member behavior and identifying new segments, phases, and lifecycles.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a common membership segmentation approach and framework.">
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to campaign teams to enhance campaign relevance and commercial impact.">
  • Conduct regular segment and lifecycle movement analyses to uncover new insights on member behavior.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 3+ years of experience in a segmentation and analytics environment.">
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.">
  • Experience in driving commercial value through segmentation and lifecycle solutions.">
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills.">
  • Working knowledge of personalization and loyalty programs.">
