Corporate Business Controller

Are you a seasoned finance professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for financial planning and governance? We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Business Controller to join our team at LEGO Koncernen.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a global team that handles financial planning and governance of a large portion of the LEGO Group's Overheads cost, supporting the LEGO Brand Retail business. As a Corporate Business Controller, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, and reporting Overhead Cost, as well as providing finance business partner support for LEGO Retail Store Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement financial planning and governance processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting of Overhead Cost.
  2. Collaborate with the LEGO Retail Store Operations team to provide finance business partner support and drive commercial strategy reporting for LEGO Retail workstreams.
  3. Drive continuous improvements in the Retail Overheads related processes and support the implementation of new digital solutions and planning systems.
  4. Deliver analytics enabling trade-offs and optimization dialogues with partners in the business and finance community.
Requirements
  1. University degree or equivalent experience in Finance or other related degree.
  2. 3-5 years of proven experience from a global company or a consultancy role within financial planning and analysis, preferably with Finance Business partner and Retail experience.
  3. Motivated by taking initiative to continuously improve processes and drive tasks and priorities to a conclusion.
  4. Experience working with various data and reporting platforms such as Excel, SAP, business intelligence, and Power BI.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and ensure high quality of own work.
