We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Business Controller to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and continuous improvement in our financial planning processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, control, and report Overhead Cost
  • Finance business partner for LEGO Retail Store Operations
  • Support commercial strategy reporting for LEGO Retail workstreams
  • Drive continuous improvements in Retail Overheads related processes and support the implementation of new digital solutions and planning systems
  • Deliver analytics enabling trade-offs & optimization dialogues with partners in the business and finance community
About the Role:

You will be part of a global team that handles financial planning and governance of a large portion of the LEGO Group's Overheads cost, supporting the LEGO Brand Retail business. Our team is dynamic, ambitious, and skilled, striving to support business decisions and drive continuous improvements of processes and digital tools.

Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent experience in Finance or other related degree
  • +3-5 years of proven experience from a global company or a consultancy role within financial planning and analysis, preferable with Finance Business partner and Retail experience
  • Motivated by taking initiative to continuously improve processes
  • Experience working with various data and reporting platforms such as Excel, SAP, business intelligence, and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and ensure high quality of own work
