Your Role as a Senior Finance Business Partner

In this newly established role, you will be an integral member of the Business Finance team at Universal Robots, tasked with delivering financial and business analytics that drive informed decision-making across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to equip top management with analytical insights that support Universal Robots' corporate and commercial strategies.

You will collaborate closely with our expanding Service organization and Commercial teams globally, acting as a trusted financial advisor. Your strong communication skills and analytical mindset will be essential in building trust and ensuring timely delivery of critical insights. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a reliable business partner to our Commercial and Service teams, providing financial and analytical insights.
  • Collaborating with the strategy team to enhance our data-driven corporate and commercial strategies by developing, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators.
  • Assisting in mid-term financial forecasting processes, including financial modeling.
  • Playing a pivotal role in our forecasting initiatives.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering high-quality, business-relevant analytics. You should enjoy solving complex problems across various organizational levels and excel at presenting your findings in a clear and structured manner. Ideally, you possess over five years of relevant experience in roles such as Finance Business Partner, FP&A, business analytics, data science, or performance management.

As an individual, you thrive in a dynamic environment, understand the importance of deadlines, and prioritize quality in every task. You should have a proactive and service-oriented approach, enjoying collaboration in an international setting. Key professional competencies include:

  • A relevant educational background, such as Cand.Merc., Cand.Polit, or equivalent.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI systems (experience with PowerBI is a plus).
  • Experience in data management and modeling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build a robust network and engage with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
