We are seeking a visionary Product Owner to lead the Agent Foundry at Danske Bank, driving the adoption of Generative AI across the bank.

About the Role

You will lead a cross-functional team to further develop and accelerate deployment of AI agents and GenAI solutions across the bank, by delivering agent frameworks and agent tools. The Product Owner will work closely with the management team to ensure releases align with our vision and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish the vision, goals, and success metrics for your squad, fully owning the squad roadmap to ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Lead a cross-functional team in the development and deployment of Agent tools and Agent Frameworks that Agents can use in Danske Bank.
  • Analyze market trends to shape strategic product development plans within the Agent space.
  • Support the team by resolving obstacles that hinder their progress towards Release/Sprint Goals.
  • Work with communication teams to ensure a smooth roll-out of features.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner or Project Manager and have a strong technical background in software development.
  • Experience in delivering complex products or projects in large organizations.
  • A master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven history of supporting all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Knowledge and experience with AWS are beneficial, providing a foundation for leveraging cloud services and tools to enhance product development and delivery.
  • A strong technical understanding in traditional AI and Generative AI is highly valued, as they empower you to effectively lead the development of Agent Tools to collaborate with various technical teams.
  • An interest in staying up to date with technology trends, including knowledge of the current state of AI/ML, LLM, and generative AI.
  • Advanced English skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
