Programmer for 3D Image Analysis Project

We are seeking a skilled part-time programmer to join our research team at Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (DTU). This is an excellent opportunity for data science students or applicants with similar experience to work independently and in a structured manner.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibilities of this position will be to reconstruct and process 3D imaging data, organize and clean datasets, structure and write code for tools related to image analysis and tomographic reconstruction, create tutorials for 3D image analysis and tomographic reconstruction, and process datasets using deep learning methods.
About the QUAITOM Infrastructure
The QUAITOM project aims to establish a data science infrastructure for AI-based quantitative analysis of X-ray and neutron tomography. As an assistant programmer, you will be involved in creating the datasets and setting up the QIM Platform.
Our Expectations
We are looking for part-time programmers with experience in handling volumetric data, programming in Python, and navigation on a High-Performance Computing cluster. It is expected that you are comfortable working on your own and well-organized with an eye for detail.
