We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team at AGC Inc. in a dynamic role that requires strong technical and business acumen.

Job SummaryThe Senior IT Business Analyst will play a critical role in delivering successful solutions by partnering with business and technology groups to elicit requirements and manage the design and implementation of ERP-related modules based on the Microsoft Platform D365. This position involves working with multiple functional groups (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.), requiring strong project management skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage application design and configurations based on business requirements gathered by studying business functions and understanding reasons behind requirements.
- Improve systems by studying current and best practices, designing modifications, and recommending controls to identify problems and write improved procedures.
- Configure and set up ERP-related solutions using best practices and adhere to JSOX and GMP policies and procedures.
- Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures and provide guidance for users by writing and maintaining user documentation and training users.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft AX/Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a manufacturing industry for functional modules, primarily Finance and understanding of SCM, Inventory, and Manufacturing preferably in a GMP environment.
- Demonstrated domain knowledge of enterprise-wide ERP-related business and technical processes (including functional areas such as: Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain).
- Ability to generate business unit and enterprise-wide reports using reporting technologies (e.g., Power BI).
- Previous experience in defining and integrating solutions to ERP systems for finance solutions, for Legal and statutory purposes.
Prior experience implementing required, biotech, and GMP experience preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is also desirable. Equivalent education and experience may substitute for stated requirements.
