Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Program Lead to join our team at LEO Pharma. As a key member of our Global Asset Team (GAT), you will play a critical role in developing and executing global strategies, ensuring the successful delivery of programs within budget and timelines.

About the Role:

  • Develop a phase-appropriate, cross-functional program plan with the Global Asset Team (GAT).
  • Set the program vision and develop effective cross-functional strategies and plans to achieve the program goals.
  • Lead the GAT to develop and refine the integrated development plan for the program and execute the governance-approved strategy.
  • Ensure that the development program considers the competitive situation and the newest scientific knowledge.
  • Participate in strategy discussions on asset indications i.e. rare disease and business relevant indications.

Your Background:

  • You hold a University degree in a life science discipline with at least 7-10 years´ pharmaceutical drug development experience.
  • You have excellent stakeholder skills and extensive experience in Project Management of early to late-stage assets.
  • You are a strong team leader with proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve optimal performance.
  • You have a profound understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain, understanding functional roles and responsibilities in Development, supply, and commercialization of medicinal products.
  • You possess strong communication skill of strategies and plans.
  • You can understand and summarize scientific data and present data and information in an impactful and concise way.
