About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our IT & Automation department, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of global IT systems across multiple international projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project team members, stakeholders, and external suppliers.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in project execution, apply best practices, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support deliverables within the IT team, dive into technical matters, and analyze specific challenges to develop solutions that address both site-specific and global IT needs.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Act as the central point of contact for all project team members and stakeholders, coordinate deliverables, and ensure smooth execution.
- Develop and maintain sprint plans, governance frameworks, status reports, and key project documentation to support project transparency and accountability.
- Plan and facilitate workshops to ensure progress and alignment.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant master's degree and be eligible to work in Denmark. You will also need to demonstrate proven experience in leading project teams of 10+ members and managing multiple projects in fast-paced, complex environments.

The IT & Automation department is part of Novo Nordisk's Digital, Data & IT – Product Supply (DD&IT PS) team. We are dedicated to supporting the global expansion of our manufacturing facilities by implementing state-of-the-art digital and IT solutions. Our team operates out of Denmark and consists of a diverse group of specialists passionate about driving progress. We work closely with global stakeholders to ensure our IT systems meet the growing demands of our patients and business.
