The position is covered by the Memorandum on Job Structure for Academic Staff.Terms of appointment and payment accords to the agreement between the Ministry of Finance and The Danish Confederation of Professional Associations on Academics in the State.
Negotiation for salary supplement is possible.
Qualifications
- Candidates should hold a PhD degree within the field of molecular microbiology.
- Experience from independent research in the field is a requirement for the position.
- A candidate who has made documented contributions to the fields of bacteriophage biology or bacterial cell-cell signaling will be preferred.
- Candidates should have a keen interest in learning about the molecular mechanisms underlying phage-host interactions.
- Excellent written and spoken English is a requirement for the position.
- The candidate should document a track record of high-quality scientific publications and have the ability and desire to work autonomously as well as in a team.
