We are seeking a skilled Loyalty and Engagement Strategist to enhance customer experiences and drive loyalty in our direct-to-consumer (DTC) CRM strategy at PARETO SECURITIES AS.

This exciting opportunity enables the successful candidate to shape customer experiences, drive loyalty, and maximize retention in a rapidly growing, purpose-driven organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing platforms, as well as excellent analytical skills to interpret customer data and optimize marketing strategies.

The role involves developing and implementing Liewood's DTC CRM strategy, defining subscriber recruitment strategies, collaborating with Paid Media teams, creating loyalty strategies, and ensuring efficient data collection.

Email marketing and automation are key components of this role, requiring the ability to own the email marketing strategy, segment customer data, design A/B testing, and analyze results.

Data insights and optimization also play a crucial role, involving monitoring key CRM metrics, analyzing customer behavior, and generating insights for continuous improvement.

Additionally, the successful candidate will work cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, and merchandising teams to align CRM efforts with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Liewood's DTC CRM strategy to maximize customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Define and execute subscriber recruitment strategies to expand our newsletter and club membership.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media teams to implement lead generation campaigns.
  • Create and implement loyalty strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  • Responsible for the CRM data and technical platform. Ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalable data collection, that enables data-driven decisions and personalisation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or a related role, preferably in the lifestyle or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Ability to turn insights into action, driving tangible business results.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
  • Self-starter with strong project management abilities—able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a consumer-oriented, commercial approach.
