We are seeking an experienced IoT Account Strategist to join our team as a Technical Customer Advisor. In this role, you will partner with our customers to identify value-driven key use cases, validate their technical feasibility, and drive successful adoption of our products and features.

As the customers' voice, you will collaborate with our Product Management team on customer feedback and help validate new features with Early Adopter customers. You will also work closely with customer-specific development teams to ensure maximum value creation for our customers.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive business outcomes and customer success.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide guidance on best practices for Trackunit products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product roadmap.
