Job Summary

The Office Operator will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of our Copenhagen office. This includes managing facilities, stock, and supplies, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our workspace, including shared areas and office equipment.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with building management and external vendors to ensure operational excellence, including ordering snacks, drinks, and office supplies.
  • Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact at reception, assisting team members with workspace-related inquiries and providing a friendly and inclusive office culture.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in hospitality and/or facility management, preferably in an office setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, vendors, and visitors.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs throughout the day.
  • Proactive approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive work environment.
