About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Office Operator to join our dynamic team at Lenus. As an Office Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Copenhagen office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Management: Maintain a clean and well-kept workspace, including shared areas such as kitchen, bathrooms, and office equipment.
  • Stock and Supplies: Conduct daily rounds to replenish office essentials, manage recycling and sustainability initiatives, and collaborate with building management and external vendors.
  • Workplace Experience: Act as a welcoming first point of contact for workspace-related inquiries, assisting team members in accessing resources they need.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Hospitality and/or Facility Management, with prior experience in office coordination, vendor management, or maintaining workplace standards.
  • A people-centered approach, enthusiasm for roles involving frequent interactions with colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing needs throughout the day.
  • Collaboration & Communication Skills: A proactive and approachable demeanor, engaging effectively with colleagues, vendors, and visitors.
  • Initiative & Problem-Solving Mindset: Anticipating needs and taking independent action to keep the workspace running smoothly.
