Main Responsibilities:- Define and review business processes and workflow requirements with users and stakeholders, ensuring a thorough understanding of business challenges while driving governance for SAP Master Data and supporting development initiatives and projects within the organization.
- Execute key data maintenance and design for Master Data in SAP and associated systems, ensuring consistency and alignment with operational needs.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, training materials, and documentation for SAP processes.
- Analyse the impact of local and global changes, reflecting supply-driven adjustments in SAP while ensuring data flow aligns with production and warehouse requirements.
- Troubleshoot SAP-related issues, log incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define workflow requirements, support business development, and improve the quality of core data assets.
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A technical degree or equivalent experience, including self-taught expertise, combined with a proven track record in relevant roles.
- Experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with database products and warehouse operations is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
