Key Responsibilities

As Contract Manufacturing Operations Expert, your primary objective is to ensure stable and reliable planning, production, and release of products to our patients and customers. This involves partnering with Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs), planning and overseeing production performance at CMOs to ensure capacity meets business needs, and handling deviations, change requests, and other relevant tasks to safeguard product quality and on-time release. Reporting on and improving CMOs' key performance indicators is also crucial.

You will work closely with internal teams to establish key priorities and ensure our CMOs are aligned with our business objectives. Your main activities include:
  • Developing and maintaining a mutually beneficial partnership with CMOs.
  • Planning and overseeing production performance at CMOs to ensure capacity meets business needs.
  • Handling promptly deviations, change requests, and other relevant tasks to safeguard product quality and on-time release.
  • Reporting on and improving CMOs' key performance indicators.
