Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement service strategies that meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
  • Implement and prepare service set-ups for growth plans across Nordic countries.
  • Optimize resource investment by streamlining workflows and easing processes.
  • Implement steering methods to maximize efficiency of service resources and standardize reporting structures.
  • Build bridges between teams to align service offer, resource planning, and priorities with strategy and business development.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in engineering, technical business, or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience in B2B service management, leadership, and project management.
  • Strong team management and communication skills, proactive work attitude, and network-driven mindset.
  • Strategic thinker, results-driven, and problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset.
