We're a leading provider of cutting-edge energy management solutions focused on transforming the electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we're seeking a strategic and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to build and strengthen relationships with key enterprise customers.

About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a strategic sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with large enterprise customers. You'll oversee the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to account expansion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring their ongoing success and expansion by driving Flexecharge's solutions adoption.

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing high-value prospects.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, educating clients on how Flexecharge's energy management solutions can improve their EV charging infrastructure.

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the EV charging space.

  • Maintain and update Hubspot with accurate customer data, sales activities, and pipeline status and assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

  • Develop and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.

Requirements
  • A proven track record of success in enterprise sales or account management, ideally within SaaS, energy management, EV charging, or a related industry.

  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with experience in complex, solution-based sales.

  • The ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships at multiple levels within an organisation.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with HubSpot and data-driven sales approaches.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

  • A self-motivated, adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-growing, innovative environment.

  • A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Familiarity with the EV charging or energy industry is a plus.
