Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to support our management team in driving business growth and development. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating strategic initiatives, coordinating projects, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support CEO and management teams in developing and implementing strategic plans
  • Coordinate various projects and initiatives to drive business growth
  • Maintain and develop filing structures and SharePoint pages
  • Facilitate management meetings, including minutes and documentation
  • Organize meetings, social gatherings, and customer events

Requirements

  • Higher education or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in the banking and financial industry
  • Strong execution skills, planning and organizing abilities, and effective communication skills
  • Open to improvement and change, customer-focused, and collaborative team player
