As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Veo's Engineers, you'll find, attract, engage, and welcome top technical talent. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and developing the hiring process with our engineering, product, and design leaders.

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
  • Utilize job boards, developer communities, social media, and professional networks to discover best-in-class technical talent.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of candidates for key technical roles.
  • Leverage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for a smooth experience throughout the hiring journey.
Technical Screening & Interviews:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical job requirements and skills needed to match Veo's product and business.
  • Conduct remote interviews to assess applicants' technical expertise and potential to thrive in Veo's work environment.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews with relevant experts within Veo.
Candidate Management:
  • Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, reflecting enthusiasm for the product and development.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive hiring experience.
Partnership with Hiring Teams:
  • Partner with our Builders department to address staffing needs and market insights.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and interview processes.
  • Innovate ways to increase candidate quality and interest in Veo.
Market Research & Reporting:
  • Follow recruiting trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market conditions.
Required Qualifications:
  • +5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house.
  • Able to identify senior talent who can apply technical skills to business problems.
  • Familiarity with technical roles, programming languages, and emerging technologies.
  • Awareness of hiring biases and mitigation techniques.
  • Experience using ATS systems and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Recruitment experience in tech companies, preferably at various stages of growth.
