Program Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for HR to join our Graduate Program in Copenhagen. This program offers an exceptional opportunity to grow and develop within the Nordic & Baltic region through a program starting in 2024.
Key Highlights:
- International Experience: Gain invaluable experience by working in another country in our region for 3 to 6 months.
- Real-World Projects: Take responsibility for a real, value-adding project.
- Mentorship: Receive guidance and career advice from a mentor within our Nordic/Baltic Leadership Team.
- Regular Reviews: Participate in frequent reviews with your manager and HR manager to track your progress and development.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluency in Danish and strong proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High personal drive, creativity, open-mindedness, flexibility, and cultural agility.
- Willingness to relocate within Europe or globally after the program.
- Potential and ambition to become a future leader at BASF.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative HR tasks.
- Participate in various recruiting processes and activities.
- Lead or support diverse Nordic Baltic HR projects.
- Assist with legal HR tasks.
