Main Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative HR tasks

About You

  • A Master's Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Danish and strong proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High personal drive, creativity, open-mindedness, flexibility, and cultural agility.
  • Willingness to relocate within Europe or globally after the program.
  • Potential and ambition to become a future leader at BASF.

Our Offer

We provide a competitive salary: approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
