Pareto Securities AS is seeking a skilled CRM Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on enhancing customer experiences and driving loyalty through data-driven marketing strategies.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our direct-to-consumer (DTC) CRM strategy to maximize customer retention and lifetime value. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing Liewood's DTC CRM strategy to maximize customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Defining and executing subscriber recruitment strategies to expand our newsletter and club membership.
  • Collaborating with Paid Media teams to implement lead generation campaigns.
  • Creating and implementing loyalty strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  • Managing the CRM data and technical platform to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM tools and email marketing platforms, as well as excellent analytical skills to interpret customer data and optimize marketing strategies.

  • Monitoring key CRM metrics, analyzing customer behavior, and generating insights for continuous improvement.
  • Tracking and reporting on the performance of campaigns and automated flows, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Setting and overseeing budgets, KPIs, and profitability targets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or a related field, preferably in the lifestyle or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Ability to turn insights into action, driving tangible business results.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
  • Self-starter with strong project management abilities — able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a consumer-oriented, commercial approach.
