Commercial Strategy Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Strategy Officer to lead our commercial strategy and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading commercial teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering strategic initiatives. You will have a deep understanding of the consultancy industry and experience working in a SaaS environment. A strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential for this role.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute our commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, drive sales, and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of commercial professionals and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading commercial teams to success.
- Revenue Growth Expertise: Strong knowledge of revenue growth strategies and tactics, including lead generation, sales, and customer success.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the consultancy industry and experience working in a SaaS environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
