Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Commercial Strategy Lead to join our team and lead the development of our B2B business in the Nordic and Germany regions. As a key member of our Commercial Management Unit, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven commercial strategies that drive profitable growth across multiple B2B segments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Planning: Develop and execute commercial plans that align with business objectives and market trends.
  • Pricing and Profitability: Design pricing strategies that ensure profitability, including the development of price models and pricing tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively across teams and influence decisions at all levels to drive business growth and satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide insights on market trends, competition, and conditions to inform both business-specific and broader commercial decisions.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need strong analytical skills, proven experience in leading and managing strategic initiatives, excellent collaboration skills, and relevant background in telecom, tech services, or B2B industries.
