About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Grant Manager to join our International Programmes and Partnerships (IPP) team in Copenhagen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external processes related to our engagement with Danida under the Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA) and other relevant grants.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and ensure timely submission of high-quality deliveries to Danida, including strategic updates and budgets, top-up applications, financial and narrative reporting etc.
  • Support Annual Consultations and other relevant meetings with Danida.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and ensure follow-up on Danida Reviews and Financial Monitoring Visits.
  • Contribute to our participation in SPA-related meetings and exchanges with other CSOs, networks etc.
  • Maintain the SPA Grant Page in our Contract Management System (CMS).

Representation:

  • Ensure continuous dialogue with Danida's focal point and relevant staff at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • Represent us in Annual Consultations and other relevant meetings and processes with Danida.
  • Participate in inception workshops and partnership and monitoring visits as required.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing ministerial relations and submitting quality deliveries to institutional donors.
  • Specific experience with Danida's SPA modality, including knowledge of administrative guidelines, compliance requirements, and donor expectations.
  • Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and relational management skills.
  • Extensive experience with development and humanitarian work, including HRBA and CHS principles and standards.
  • Solid understanding of financial and administrative procedures and practices, including budgeting.
  • Experience working with an international federation or member alliance.
  • Fluency in Danish and English.

Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this position is around DKK 60,000 - 70,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
