We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our Group Strategy team in Kladno, Czech Republic.

About the Role:

  • This is a key position in our growth journey, where you will play a crucial role in shaping our strategic development initiatives and influencing C-suite decisions.
  • You will be responsible for managing workstreams of strategy development and M&A projects, providing updates to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Your main tasks will include stewarding the strategic planning process, supporting business lines in strategic discussions, and performing industry research and analyses.
  • You will also identify and track potential acquisition targets, manage M&A projects from identification to implementation, and build detailed financial models and business cases.

About You:

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business administration, or engineering.
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or an equivalent role.
  • You possess project management skills and fluency in English.
