Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic colleague with technical expertise to strengthen youth entrepreneurship opportunities and skills. As part of our consortium, you will be coordinating and facilitating our entrepreneurship activities and approaches in the field of youth entrepreneurship in Jordan.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide technical expertise on the development of our entrepreneurship approaches and methods within the frame of Street Sports and Culture.
- Build strong and trustful relationships with our local implementing partners and with consortium partners.
- Closely collaborate with project partners around project implementation, strategic development, and the achievement of targets/milestones.
- Provide program management (detail-oriented and systematic).
- Use project management tools (e.g., Project Plans).
- Understand and use our methods.
- Spearhead the organizational approach to engaging youth in entrepreneurship training, incubation, and support with the development of relevant training curriculum.
- Coordinate event management, including planning and evaluating relevant events for youth.
- Align with other relevant stakeholders within entrepreneurship and financing of start-ups.
- Provide program oversight, including leading processes around midterm and final narrative reporting requirements.
- Contribute to the organization's realization of its ambitious internationalization goals to scale the impact.
