About the Role

Maersk is a global leader in integrated logistics, and we're seeking a highly skilled HSSE Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain safety training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on safety performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • PCO training and experience is a must.
  • BOSH/COSH training and LCM training from DOLE-accredited agencies are required.
  • Substantial work experience in safety is essential.
  • DOLE or OSH practitioner certification is a plus.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and people-handling skills are necessary.
