At DAMVAD Analytics, we empower organizations to achieve their goals through data-driven strategies. As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of our team that delivers robust machine learning and data science solutions to clients.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with data scientists, decision-makers, and end-users to design and implement high-value machine learning pipelines using technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, TensorFlow, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Design and optimize end-to-end machine learning workflows to ensure scalability and efficiency across all stages of model deployment and monitoring.
  • Develop MLOps monitoring frameworks to track the performance and health of machine learning models in production, considering model drift and implementing retraining processes to maintain accuracy and effectiveness over time.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, aligning machine learning strategies with business objectives and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Stay updated with the latest in MLOps technology and evolving best practices.
  • Be a brand ambassador by embracing our company values: quality and value, trust and ownership.

What You Bring:

  • 2-5 years of working experience in areas such as Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
  • A relevant MSc degree (e.g., Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering).
  • Excellent English language and communication skills (Danish is a plus, not necessity).
  • Experience and understanding of MLOps, DevOps, Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), SQL, Git (Certifications are a big plus).
  • Experience and interest in building end-to-end solutions by collaborating with end-users for successful implementation.
  • Desire for working in consulting, intrinsic motivation for continuous learning, and an ambition to grow.
  • Strong ethical framework and a sense of responsibility, accountability, ownership, and helping others.
