We seek a forward-thinking IT Director who will drive technology innovation and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will possess business acumen, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to guide our IT operations and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute IT optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Lead the development and implementation of data governance, orchestration, and automation initiatives.
  • Optimize the Veo data model and design new data structures to improve internal efficiency and customer experience.
  • Analyze our IT infrastructure and recommend upgrades to support business growth.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our network and electronic document storage procedures.
  • Strategize project costs, benefits, and viability, justifying project funding to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and identify opportunities to upgrade our computer systems for maximum productivity.
  • Forecast personnel needs and ensure consistent staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
  • Negotiate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT services at optimal prices.
  • Lead and direct the work of IT personnel, including systems analysts, software developers, network administrators, and IT coordinators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or management position in an IT-related environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Practical leadership skills with the ability to delegate and identify team member strengths.
  • Enhanced problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to thinking.
  • Analytical mindset to identify and improve specific processes and procedures.
  • Excellent implementation and development skills.
  • Confident decision-making and ability to take responsibility and accountability.
