About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S in Denmark. As a Personal Assistant, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders and contribute to the success of our organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare meeting minutes.
- Assist in planning and coordinating seminars and events.
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including handling communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient planning and coordination across the organization.
Requirements
- A minimum of several years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software skills quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, both written and verbal.
- Located in Denmark.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or a large international setting.
- Familiarity with budgets and finance systems such as SAP, Coupa, or Betti.
- Event and seminar planning and coordination experience.
