About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in StudyProgrammes at Novo Nordisk. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Global Senior Director and the Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial controlling for both project and LoB budgets
  • Closely collaborate with the Global Senior Director and the Leadership team to ensure smooth budget processes, efficient planning, and accurate tracking of expenditures
  • Oversee all aspects of the annual management cycle, including coordinating and scheduling meetings, managing agendas, and ensuring timely completion of key tasks and deadlines
  • Collaborate on coordination and projects within the administrative network across the CVP area

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in complex administrative roles
  • Highly developed budget management skills and a strong business acumen
  • Digital mindset with excellent proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • Fluency in English
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
