Within the Credit Analytics Transformation (CAT) Programme, we seek a highly skilled Strategic Programme Coordinator to drive the delivery of various programme and project-related tasks. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating programme meetings, ensuring progress, collaboration, and transparency across teams.

The CAT Programme in Risk Analytics was launched in 2022 with the purpose of delivering on Danske Bank's long-term strategy. Our Project Management Office (PMO) drives the programme, responsible for the overall programme structure, collaboration, and communication across teams, as well as driving progress according to timelines.

Your main objectives will be to support the CAT programme delivery, providing broad exposure and insights into Danske Bank. You will have an opportunity to shape your role and tasks, which may include:

  • Project management – coordinate and facilitate programme meetings to ensure progress and collaboration
  • Stakeholder management – plan and coordinate programme activities by including relevant stakeholders to meet deadlines
  • Enhance strategic decision-making – develop presentations, reports, and analysis to support executive management decisions
  • Enable consistency and transparency in reporting across programme streams
  • Admin – support programme management with administrative tasks, such as calendar management, events, and minute-taking
  • Budgetary tasks – track cost, cost allocation, and data costs

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to communicate credibly with senior management and navigate complex tasks will be invaluable. Additionally, you should be familiar with presentation tools, such as PowerPoint, and possess high integrity and discretion when handling sensitive/confidential information.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately **DKK 120,000 - 150,000** per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, reflecting the challenging nature of this role and the significant impact it will have on the success of our programme.
