The Novo Nordisk Foundation Quantum Computing Programme aims to establish a talented and diverse international team to create a cutting-edge quantum programme. As a Postdoc in Spin Qubit Design & Control, you will be part of this pioneering initiative.

Your responsibilities will include leading critical developments in quantum hardware, contributing to cutting-edge research and engineering, and performing research within Spin Qubit Design & Control. You may also be required to perform other duties.

Job Description

This postdoc position is focused on Spin Qubit Design & Control. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and controlling qubits in solid-state systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Material Science or related fields.
  • Proven record of design, development and control of qubits in solid state.
  • Experience in the use of dc and high-frequency electronics such as DACs, AWGs, and MW signal generators.
  • Familiarity with dilution refrigerators.
  • Knowledge of data acquisition software and programming skills in Python.
  • Strong communication skills and intercultural sensitivity.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is according to the agreement between the Ministry of Taxation and The Danish Confederation of Professional Associations on Academics in the State. Negotiation for salary supplement is possible.
