About the Role

As our AI Engagement Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving and structuring business engagement and value creation of our efforts with a holistic lens on how to elevate data-driven decision making and AI adoption throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a business engagement model to drive value creation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to mature use cases and create roadmaps.
  • Work with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure their support and provide updates.
  • Support the development of the broader operating model with Data & Analytics senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of professional experience in bringing value from data and AI/analytics.
  • Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML methods and tools.
  • Proven history of process design, automation, and optimization.
  • Documented history of Data Science project execution from previous roles.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to set a product vision and deliver on a roadmap.
