About the Role

Ramboll is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our Global Procurement Organization in Copenhagen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-year category plans, procuring software and services, and leading commercial and contractual negotiations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Category Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement multi-year category plans for assigned categories, including demand planning, strategy creation, and risk management.
  2. Procurement and Contract Management: Procure software and other services, focusing on risk management, total cost of ownership, and contract value realization.
  3. Negotiation and Relationship Management: Lead commercial and contractual negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and partner with suppliers to develop new capabilities and drive relationships.
  4. Compliance and Adoption: Partner with internal stakeholders to drive compliance and adoption of procurement policies, and collaborate with suppliers to jointly deliver on the sustainability agenda.
About You
  • Stakeholder Management: Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Education and Experience: Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Law, with 5-8 years of Procurement of IT or related Category Management experience.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Experience in negotiating IT contracts is a plus, but not a requirement.
