We're seeking a strategic leader who can help us establish a strong customer-centric approach across our regions. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing Customer Success programs aligned with business objectives, focusing on improved onboarding, adoption, and retention.
  2. Optimizing customer engagement by designing and refining processes and tools that maximize customer lifetime value.
  3. Collaborating with regional Customer Success teams to ensure seamless implementation and aligned goals.
  4. Working with cross-functional teams to identify customer challenges, develop solutions, and enhance the overall experience.
  5. Analyzing customer insights and performance data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

As a successful candidate, you'll have a proven track record of experience in Customer Success and aligning customer engagement initiatives with overall business goals. You'll also possess:

  • A deep understanding of customer success principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in leading commercial initiatives and projects across global and local teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
