At 3Shape A/S, we're dedicated to revolutionizing digital dentistry with innovative technology and imaging techniques. As a Senior Program Manager in our Global Customer Success team, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering customer success initiatives that drive business growth.
We're seeking a strategic leader who can help us establish a strong customer-centric approach across our regions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing Customer Success programs aligned with business objectives, focusing on improved onboarding, adoption, and retention.
- Optimizing customer engagement by designing and refining processes and tools that maximize customer lifetime value.
- Collaborating with regional Customer Success teams to ensure seamless implementation and aligned goals.
- Working with cross-functional teams to identify customer challenges, develop solutions, and enhance the overall experience.
- Analyzing customer insights and performance data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
As a successful candidate, you'll have a proven track record of experience in Customer Success and aligning customer engagement initiatives with overall business goals. You'll also possess:
- A deep understanding of customer success principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience in leading commercial initiatives and projects across global and local teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
