About You:

  • You have significant experience from B2B customer success, preferably in the legal sector.
  • You are skilled in working with customer and usage data, communicating its value, and structuring feedback for data-driven decisions.
  • You know how to build trust with customers, are an excellent teacher/communicator, and can convey the value of our product.
  • You have experience in building customer success processes, taking ownership, and ensuring high-quality results.
