We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and ensure smooth onboarding processes and continuous customer engagement. Our customer base is growing rapidly, and we need someone who can scale alongside it.
About You:
- You have significant experience from B2B customer success, preferably in the legal sector.
- You are skilled in working with customer and usage data, communicating its value, and structuring feedback for data-driven decisions.
- You know how to build trust with customers, are an excellent teacher/communicator, and can convey the value of our product.
- You have experience in building customer success processes, taking ownership, and ensuring high-quality results.
