About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide exceptional executive-level administrative support to our Directors, Vice Presidents, and Senior Vice Presidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior-level executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, seminar planning, and meeting minutes.
  • Advise and support executives in leading their areas effectively.
  • Secure efficient planning and hands-on work.
  • Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in forums for planning and coordination across the organization.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience as a Personal Assistant, with a strong understanding of the role's responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn new software skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Located in Denmark.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the pharma industry or a larger international setting.
  • Experience with budgets and finance systems, such as SAP, Coupa, or Betti.
  • Event and seminar planning and coordination experience.
