Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Corporate Vice President of CMC API Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating department activities, and managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate department activities, including arranging management meetings, events, and managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage ad hoc administrative tasks, such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Foster cross-functional collaborations and ensure a good administrative team across the area.
To succeed in this role, you will have a robust background as a Personal Assistant, with experience in driving administrative processes, organizing tasks, and managing complex calendars. You will also have excellent communication skills, fluency in both written and spoken English, and IT skills, including being a super user of MS Office 365 and potentially other Novo Nordisk IT systems.
