About the Role
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our HR team to deliver exceptional services to our colleagues worldwide. Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with employee inductions, workshops, webinars, and events – from preparation to follow-up.
- Analyzing people-related metrics, such as learning and performance data.
- Helping employees access and navigate internal and external learning platforms.
- Ensuring learning materials are ready to go in the right languages and formats.
- Coordinating team communications, including learning updates and newsletters.
- Managing invoices and expense reports.
- Supporting with ad-hoc projects and tasks when needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be:
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Familiar with Microsoft tools like MS Office.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
