About the Role

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our HR team to deliver exceptional services to our colleagues worldwide. Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with employee inductions, workshops, webinars, and events – from preparation to follow-up.
  • Analyzing people-related metrics, such as learning and performance data.
  • Helping employees access and navigate internal and external learning platforms.
  • Ensuring learning materials are ready to go in the right languages and formats.
  • Coordinating team communications, including learning updates and newsletters.
  • Managing invoices and expense reports.
  • Supporting with ad-hoc projects and tasks when needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be:

  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • Familiar with Microsoft tools like MS Office.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
