Job Title: Assistant Coordinator

SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Field Sales Team, ensuring seamless communication, data accuracy, and efficient task management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Foster strong relationships with the Field Sales Team through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and databases, guaranteeing timely and accurate information.
  • Manage key systems and tools, including campaign planning and vendor oversight.
  • Process payments and create new vendors as required for our operations.
  • Coordinate shipments and sample orders to ensure timely delivery to our Field Sales Team.
  • Support ad hoc projects, such as organizing sales conferences and analyzing performance metrics.

REQUIREMENTS
