About the Role:

We are seeking a B2C Content Lead to join our team at Bang & Olufsen. As a B2C Content Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and conversion across our digital channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and marketing teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layouts
  • Create and publish engaging content for our .com site (pdp, plp, home etc.)
  • Liaise with content writers and our SEO manager to ensure brand consistency and maximize performance
  • Monitor analytics and user behavior, to identify trends and track KPIs, enabling data-driven improvements to enhance functionality, user flow, and conversion rates
  • Develop an editorial, publishing calendar for our global site
  • Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw our audience's attention
  • Lead content related projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Content Manager in the B2C sector
  • A passion for websites, with a creative mindset and a strong sense of design and user experience
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), experience working with Contentful is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Figma, HTML, CSS, and SEO best practices
  • Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics, heat maps, and other tools to track performance and suggest improvements
  • Proactive attitude and eager to take initiative and propose creative solutions
  • Proficient project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory
