About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reward Specialist to join our team at Norlys Energy Trading. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our reward strategies, ensuring our colleagues receive the best experience possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather insights from various sources to enhance the Total Reward Experience.
  • Develop customer-centric, data-led benefit initiatives that deliver appropriate outcomes for colleagues.
  • Design and project manage a performance review model and process.
  • Design and project manage roles and responsibilities overview at organizational level, including title hierarchy/job size.
  • Partner with the Lead, Organisational Learning to build a Total Reward learning journey integrated throughout business activities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and lead on continual upskilling across HR and the business by integrating best practices to increase the impact of total reward on organisational performance.
  • Ensure appropriate governance to manage tasks and issues within Total Reward.
  • Advise the business to deliver compliant and evolving flexible benefit offerings.
  • Educate managers and leaders in tasks and behaviours to support the above.
Requirements
  • Technical Benefit Knowledge including a deep understanding of benefit markets and regulatory frameworks.
  • Understanding of business strategy and performance drivers.
  • Skilled in implementing total reward approaches.
  • Ability to use data and insights to design and advocate for total reward changes.
  • Confident and influential communicator, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Strong experience with systems and analytical tools.
  • A systematic and proactive way of working.
  • A talent for stakeholder management.
