Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Copenhagen Economics. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain a broad understanding of human resources and take ownership of various tasks.

About the Role:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including creating programs and aligning with support teams.
  • Support learning and development activities, scheduling training and maintaining records.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Update our People intranet site through collaboration with colleagues.
  • Monitor and sort inboxes, redirecting emails to relevant colleagues.
  • Provide input for monthly payroll runs and assist with mobility cases.

Requirements:

  • A degree from which you have recently graduated or relevant work experience in managing data and coordinating daily tasks.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Preferably, experience living abroad or exposure to international environments.
