Job Title: Content Marketing Manager

Copenhagen or Stockholm

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define a content mission focused on ICP engagement.
  2. Lead and mentor a Content Marketing Specialist, providing guidance and support on content creation and execution.
  3. Research and identify relevant topics and content formats for different markets and ICPs.
  4. Develop a content calendar and strategy, as well as oversee the creation of high-quality content, including a mix of formats (e.g., newsletters, webinars, case studies) that aligns with overall business objectives.
  5. Continuously analyze content performance and iterate on strategies based on data.
  6. Run webinars and other online/offline events on a group level.
  7. Collaborate with local teams to provide content promotion and distribution support for their events.
  8. Ensure all content adheres to Precis Digital's TOV and branding guidelines.
Requirements:
  1. 4-7 years of experience within B2B content marketing.
  2. Solid SEO and digital marketing knowledge.
  3. Ability to develop creative content strategies, translating ideas into engaging narratives across diverse formats, with a strong preference for video.
  4. Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  5. Experience with CMS and social media.
  6. Data-driven approach to content marketing.
  7. Project management and team leadership abilities.
  8. Experience working in Hubspot.
  9. Interested in using AI tools for content production (ideally already using them).
  10. Fluency in English, native speaker is a plus.
