At EQS Group, we're looking for a talented Compliance Marketing Strategist to join our team in Northern Europe.

As a Compliance Marketing Strategist, you'll play a key role in driving growth and lead generation for our Compliance SaaS products in Northern Europe. You'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders to plan and execute marketing initiatives, including local online and in-person webinars, events, and social media campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing inbound marketing campaigns tailored to the local market.
  • Taking charge of planning and executing local online and in-person webinars, events, and social media campaigns.
  • Managing event logistics, from vendor coordination to post-event analysis.
  • Planning and monitoring local paid social and paid search activities.
  • Creating and translating sales and partner enablement materials, marketing assets, and communications.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance KPIs along the entire lead funnel.
  • Conducting regular competitor analyses and keeping a close eye on the local compliance market.
  • Working closely with sales teams to ensure that marketing initiatives contribute effectively to lead conversion and customer acquisition.

Requirements include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS sector with a focus on the Nordics or UK market.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience in thought leadership initiatives and industry representation.
  • Proven expertise in crafting various types of content.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate complex technology and concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Native English speaker if based in Barcelona, and fluent Danish if based in Copenhagen.
