The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve freelancer productivity and quality.
  • Managing the entire lifecycle of freelancers, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Providing regular reporting on department performance and making recommendations for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team of 12 subordinates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with freelancers, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of quality metrics and process optimization principles.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and using it to drive decision-making.
